Maschino’s, Springfield, Missouri Posted on March 10, 2012 The projects are completed, the exhibit has been installed, and the opening was well attended at Maschino’s in Springfield, Missouri. Artists Scott Melby, Sandra Ford, Gene Huebner, Haydee Raymond, and I had the opportunity to introduce our works of art to theSpringfield community at our exhibit called Mixed-Media Expressions: Arts Rolla that will be running through April 26th. If you are in the area it is a very exciting exhibit to see. But if you can’t make it, you can enjoy a virtual exhibit consisting of pictures within this post. Getting ready for an exhibit is exhausting! If I didn’t already have a full schedule this weekend and the beginning of next week, my body would be well planted on my couch! And while it was exhausting to prepare for, it was exhilarating to see my art being appreciated by individuals in a new venue. I know that each of my compatriots at this event are as elated as I am with the outcome of our show. And while I would love to write and ramble on about the event, I will let you enjoy the art instead. If you see a piece that you would like more information about, please email me.
